You can register your things, informing brand, model, value, etc. Organize the item by category, and matching fields will be added so that you can have the greatest amount of information at the palm of your hand. It is also possible to annex multiple images, videos and various files, like PDF, text files, etc. Perfect for never again losing the receipt or document of a product!

On laca, create groups according to your necessity and put an image on the cover, so that it becomes easier to recognize. You can also create subgroups in a structured and intuitive manner. Additionally, we have a system of smart search, where you can find registered items by searching for name, brand, model, description or QR code.

Available in polymers, metals or laser engraving.

Alarms

Configure various alarms, with recurrence or not, to remember you of tasks related to the item at hand. It is possible to direct the alarm to a specific group or individual. When the occurrence is finished, the responsible must confirm the completion of the task by validation through a QR code, allowing an administrator the possibility of having a datalog of when and who finished any given task.

Example: Cleaning the air conditioner every 2 weeks, is directed only to the maintenance team, or even to only one or two contributors.
